Public profile information: the public name, logo, colors and posts of the Instagram account you give us, used only to produce your reels.
Payment information: we do not store card numbers. Card payments are handled by Stripe, which sends us the status of your subscription and payments.
Messages: anything you send us through the Help Center form or by email.
Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use it

To deliver your subscription: produce your reels and make them available in your dashboard.
To contact you about your subscription, your reels and your payments.
To keep accounting and legal records.
To protect our website against abuse and fraud.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Who we share it with

Stripe, our payment provider, to process your card payments and manage your subscription.

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Your reels stay available in your dashboard while your subscription is active and for up to 12 months after it ends, then they are deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
